Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team at French Loaf outlets. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning units, chillers, freezers, ovens, and other refrigeration equipment to ensure smooth functioning across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair AC units, chillers, freezers, and ovens.

• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.

• Maintain service logs and provide timely updates on repairs/replacements.

• Ensure proper functioning of cooling and baking equipment for operational efficiency.

• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns in outlets/commissary.

Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (mandatory).

• 2–4 years of experience in handling ACs, chillers, freezers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and attend multiple outlets.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
