Job Summary

Mahadeva HVAC Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced and technically skilled HVAC Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, site execution, testing, and commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing HVAC projects within the specified timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute HVAC installation activities at project sites.

• Coordinate the installation of VRF/VRV systems, split ACs, ductable units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems, as applicable.

• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, duct layouts, piping drawings, and technical specifications.

• Monitor ducting, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, insulation, and equipment installation.

• Ensure all HVAC works are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other site teams.

• Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and workmen to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily progress reports.

• Check materials received at site and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues and installation discrepancies.

• Coordinate HVAC testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance checks.

• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain site records, measurement sheets, inspection reports, checklists, and other project documentation.

• Support project handover activities and ensure completion of pending works and snag lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC site execution and installation.

· Good knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, ducting, piping, and ventilation.

· Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and layouts.

· Knowledge of HVAC testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

· Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is preferred.

• Ability to manage site activities, manpower, materials, and deadlines.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Practical experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC projects.

• Ability to work independently at project sites.

• Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.

• Willingness to work at project locations in Hyderabad / Vizag.
