Key Responsibilities:

Need to track the AC AMC /Warranty for all Commune. Prepare and maintain the 52-week Schedule for non-AMC Commune. Good knowledge of the installation of Split, Ductable, and Cassette AC units. Good knowledge of the repair and maintenance of Split, Ductable, and Cassette AC units. Good Knowledge about Gas Charging, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging. Good Knowledge about the Air Balancing Activity. Need to Maintain the AC Consumable Tracker & Gas Usage Tracker for Purchase Regular follow-up with the vendor is required during issues with AMC-covered units.AC filter cleaning and preventive maintenance (PM) work should be carried out as per the 52-week
