Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, and ventilation systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
Identify issues related to cooling, airflow, electrical wiring, compressors, and controls
Check gas pressure, refrigerant levels, thermostats, and electrical connections
Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, capacitors, filters, and compressors
Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently as per standards
Respond to breakdown calls and complete work within defined timelines
Maintain basic service records and report work status to the supervisor
Follow safety rules while working at heights, electrical panels, and confined spaces

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related trade
- Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Good understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical basics
- Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, vacuum pumps, and testing instruments
- Willingness to work on-site, in shifts, or during emergency breakdowns
- Physically fit to handle field work and equipment
- Basic communication skills for coordination with team and clients
- Honest, responsible, and safety-focused approach to work
