Job Summary

We are looking for an AC Field Coordinator with hands-on experience working with an AC field service/support team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer complaints, field technicians, AC installation/service visits, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of AC service operations, field visit coordination, technician management, and customer complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily AC service, installation, inspection, and field visit requests.

Assign and coordinate with field technicians based on location, availability, and priority.

Track technician visits and ensure visits are completed within the committed timeline.

Follow up with technicians for visit status, diagnosis, repair, installation, and closure.

Maintain accurate records of field visits, pending cases, resolved cases, and repeat complaints.

Coordinate with the customer support team for customer updates and escalations.

Handle customer complaints related to delayed visits, technician availability, installation, and service issues.

Monitor open and ageing AC complaints and take proactive action for timely closure.

Coordinate spare-parts or material requirements with the concerned teams wherever required.

Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate team.

Ensure proper documentation of technician remarks, visit status, resolution details, and customer feedback.

Prepare daily/weekly reports related to field visits, pending cases, TAT, resolution, and technician performance.

Ensure service requests are closed only after the required resolution/visit confirmation is completed.

Required Experience

1+ year of experience in AC field service/support coordination is preferred.

Experience working with an AC installation, service, repair, or field support team.

Experience in coordinating technicians and customer service requests.

Basic understanding of AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and common field-service processes.

Experience with CRM/helpdesk systems such as Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
