HVAC Technician JD – Gopalan Fortune City

HVAC Technician / Senior HVAC Technician

📍 Location - Gopalan Fortune City, Bangalore

Experience - 3–6+ years (residential / apartment / township projects preferred)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems (Split AC, VRV/VRF, ventilation systems)
Perform routine maintenance & preventive checks for all HVAC units
Handle troubleshooting and repair of AC systems, compressors, and air distribution units
Monitor cooling performance, airflow, and temperature control systems
Assist in testing & commissioning of HVAC installations
Maintain proper records, logs, and service reports
Coordinate with electrical & MEP teams for smooth functioning
Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs

⚙️ Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:
- Split AC / Cassette AC / VRV-VRF systems
- Refrigeration cycle & gas charging
- AHU (Air Handling Units) & ventilation systems
Ability to diagnose mechanical & electrical faults
Familiarity with tools, gauges, and HVAC equipment
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

🎓 Qualification

ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

💼 Preferred Experience

Residential apartments / gated communities
Real estate projects / facility management
Experience in high-rise buildings
