Job Description

Gopalan Enterprises is hiring an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN for commercial real estate projects in Bengaluru. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for Grade A office buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise HVAC works at commercial project sites.
Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Ensure installation of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning (TAB) of HVAC systems.
Verify material approvals, BOQs, measurements, and contractor bills.
Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

ITI/Diploma .
2–10 years of HVAC execution experience in commercial building projects.
Experience in office buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, or business parks is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Chilled Water Systems, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ventilation, and smoke management systems.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
