HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment

• Assist in repair and servicing of HVAC units, motors, pumps, valves, compressors, and ducting systems

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment faults or potential safety risks

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures

• Maintain proper service logs, maintenance records, and checklists

• Support the engineering team to ensure smooth HVAC operations

• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize system breakdowns and downtime

• Ensure efficient performance of HVAC systems across sites

Qualifications & Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in building services maintenance

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, VRVs/VRFs, pumps, motors, and compressors

• Basic understanding of electrical panels and controls related to HVAC systems

• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
