Job Description

Project Design & Engineering: o Develop HVAC system designs, layouts, and specifications based on project requirements and building codes. o Perform calculations for heating, cooling loads, ventilation, and energy efficiency. o Select appropriate equipment and components for system functionality and performance. 2. Project Planning & Coordination: o Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans. o Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. o Ensure timely delivery of design documents and materials. 3. Compliance & Quality Assurance: o Ensure designs meet ASHRAE, local building codes, and safety standards. o Conduct site inspections to verify installation aligns with approved designs. o Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during construction. 4. Documentation & Reporting: o Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. o Provide technical reports and presentations to stakeholders. BE Mech required
