HVAC Technician – Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain and repair AC and HVAC systems.
Attend breakdowns and guest/service complaints.
Check and maintain AHU, FCU, chillers and ventilation systems.
Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Check refrigerant pressure, filters, belts, motors and thermostats.
Identify HVAC faults and rectify them safely.
Maintain daily maintenance and breakdown records.
Follow hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with other departments for HVAC requirements.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
1–3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in a hotel.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical controls.
Willing to work in shifts.
