Job Description

We are looking for an AC Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HVAC operations, coordinate service and installation teams, and ensure smooth project execution. The candidate should have good knowledge of air conditioning systems and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage AC installation, maintenance, and service operations.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers.
Plan manpower, materials, and site schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle customer inquiries and service complaints.
Prepare quotations, work reports, and service documentation.
Follow up on pending jobs and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Maintain inventory of AC materials and equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in HVAC/AC industry preferred.
Good knowledge of Split, Cassette, Ductable, and VRF/VRV systems.
Ability to manage multiple sites and service teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and reporting.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
