- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC Operation & Maintenance (O&M).

- Experience in maintaining large physical infrastructure HVAC systems.

- Hands-on experience with Chiller systems.

- Experience in CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) operation and maintenance.

- Knowledge of Comfort Air Conditioning systems.

- Experience in DG system operation and maintenance.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot HVAC equipment faults.

- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components related to HVAC systems.

- Ability to attend breakdowns and ensure smooth equipment operation.

- Maintain daily maintenance records and equipment logs.

- Follow safety, quality and maintenance procedures.
