HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced Service HVAC Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in HVAC servicing, and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve system issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain various types of HVAC and air conditioning systems.

Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and breakdown maintenance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats.

Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, pressure testing, and system calibration.

Conduct performance checks and recommend system improvements or upgrades.

Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and schematics.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate service reports and work records.

Provide professional customer support and recommend appropriate repair solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High School/ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

HVAC/Refrigeration technical certification preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and HVAC systems.

Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.

Familiarity with Split AC, Window AC, Central AC, Rooftop Units, and Commercial HVAC systems.

Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.

Physically fit to perform field service activities.
