Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Field Sales Executive with experience in the HVAC industry or a closely related technical sales field.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for HVAC, chiller plant, and industrial cooling solutions.

- Visit prospective clients, industrial facilities, commercial establishments, and project sites.

- Build relationships with contractors, facility managers, purchase teams, and business owners.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.

- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

- Maintain regular sales reports and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, chiller plants, industrial equipment, or relevant B2B technical field sales.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with regular field visits across Delhi NCR.

- Ability to independently generate leads and convert business opportunities.

- Existing industry contacts will be an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.

- Additional performance-based incentives on successful sales.

- Incentive structure to be discussed during the interview.

Preferred: Candidates with an existing network in the HVAC or industrial cooling industry.
