Job Description

We are looking for a HVAC Helper to join our team at Enncon Synergies (india) Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and related components.
Carry, load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at the worksite.
Support preventive maintenance and repair activities on HVAC systems.
Clean and prepare work areas before and after service or installation.
Help in dismantling and assembling HVAC units as instructed.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment.
Report any damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Perform other site-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
