Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper for our Dighi location. The helper will assist technicians and site staff in day-to-day activities, material handling, and general site support to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, engineers, and supervisors in site-related work

• Loading, unloading, and shifting of materials at site

• Handling tools, equipment, and basic site materials safely

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the site and storage areas

• Support during installation, maintenance, and servicing activities

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

• Perform any other work assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of site work (electrical/HVAC/mechanical preferred but not mandatory)

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Ability to work in a team and follow safety norms

• Local candidate preferred (Dighi or nearby area).

Experience

• Fresher or minimum 0–2 years of experience as a helper/site worker

Skills & Qualities

• Hardworking and disciplined

• Punctual and responsible

• Cooperative and team-oriented

• Basic communication skills.

Working Conditions

• May require extended hours depending on project requirements
