Foaming Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Foaming Line Operator to work in our refrigerator/chest freezer foaming section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the foaming process, ensuring quality, operating machines, and maintaining safety standards during the insulation foaming of appliance cabinets or bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare units and operate PU foaming machines.

• Monitor pressure, temperature, and timing for accurate foam filling.

• Inspect for leaks or defects and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.

• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.

• Report machine or material issues and assist in basic maintenance.

• Knowledge of foaming machines, PU handling, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in refrigerator/freezer manufacturing preferred.
