Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.

  • Have complete working knowledge of AHU (Air Handling Unit) operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, FCUs, split ACs, package units, and ventilation systems, as applicable.

  • Inspect and maintain AHU components, including filters, cooling coils, blower motors, belts, bearings, dampers, and drain lines.

  • Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and differential pressure as required.

  • Troubleshoot electrical controls, thermostats, sensors, motors, and HVAC control panels.

  • Perform filter cleaning/replacement, coil cleaning, and routine HVAC equipment inspections.

  • Maintain preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and service checklists.

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
