Job Description: HVAC Technician & Multi-Skill Helper (Team Build)
We are looking to form a high-performance maintenance team by hiring a Lead AC Technician and a Technical Helper. This team will be responsible for the installation, diagnostic repair, and preventative maintenance of various air conditioning systems and general facility upkeep.
The ideal candidates will work as a cohesive unit to ensure high-quality service, energy efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Position 1: Lead AC Technician
Role Overview: An expert responsible for complex technical tasks, system diagnostics, and overseeing the helper’s daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Install & Commission: Set up Window, Split, and Multi-split AC units, ensuring proper vacuuming and gas charging.
Diagnostics: Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PCB issues, and compressor failures.
Maintenance: Execute "Jet-pump" service, chemical cleaning, and leak detection (nitrogen testing).
Documentation: Maintain service logs and provide accurate estimates for spare parts.
Requirements:
Proven experience with inverter and non-inverter technology (R32, R410a, and R22 refrigerants).
Strong understanding of electrical safety and wiring.
Ability to lead a junior assistant and manage a daily schedule

Position 2: Technical Helper
Role Overview: A proactive individual who supports the lead technician while learning the trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistance: Handle heavy lifting, copper pipe insulation, and wall drilling/clamping.
Tool Management: Ensure all tools (vacuum pumps, manifolds, drills) are accounted for and maintained.
General Help: Assist in site cleaning post-service and basic plumbing or electrical support as needed.
Safety: Manage ladders and outdoor unit safety rigging.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power drills.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Eager to learn and follows instructions precisely.
