Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and HVAC systems.

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, and other cooling systems.

  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC equipment.

  • Check and maintain refrigerant/gas levels, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components.

  • Handle gas charging, leakage testing, brazing, and related AC maintenance work.

  • Ensure proper functioning of thermostats, motors, fans, electrical panels, and control systems.

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and maintain service records.

  • Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the required timeline.

  • Follow all safety procedures while working on electrical and refrigeration equipment.

  • Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major technical issues to the supervisor.
