Job Title: Field HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities
Visit client sites to install, inspect, and service HVAC equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing of HVAC units.
Install and repair components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, and thermostats.
Check refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and recharge refrigerant when required.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and system layouts.
Maintain service reports, job sheets, and daily service activity records.
Coordinate with the service team and report technical issues to supervisors.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective service.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field operations.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycle, and electrical components.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently at client locations.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical components.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical.
Experience
1-4 years of experience in HVAC field service or maintenance.
Work Location
Field / Client Sites (Local travel required)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Willingness to travel for service calls.
Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and urgent service requests.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
