Job Description

Maintain all AC machines, refrigerators, deep freezers, chillers, and display cabinets in proper working condition
Conduct daily checking and preventive maintenance of all cooling equipment
Ensure proper temperature maintenance as per company standards
Handle breakdowns and emergency maintenance immediately
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for major repairs and AMC services
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts stock
Monitor gas charging, compressor condition, cooling efficiency, and electrical safety
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness around all refrigeration and AC units
Reduce machine downtime and avoid operational interruption
Inform management immediately regarding any major technical issue
Supervise maintenance helpers and technicians during repair work
Ensure proper electricity usage and energy-saving practices
Maintain safety protocols during maintenance work
Support production, dispatch, and outlet operations for uninterrupted cooling systems
Prepare monthly maintenance reports and equipment status updates
