Job Description: AC Technician (Installation & Repairing)

Job Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and repairing of air conditioners (Split & Window AC).

Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective solutions.

Attending service calls and closing them within defined timelines.

Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining tools and following safety standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in AC installation and repair.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Vehicle: Bike is mandatory.

License: Valid two-wheeler driving license is compulsory.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC

Benefits: PF & Medical Insurance included

Travel Allowance: ₹3 per km

Incentive: ₹35 per call closed

Work Location

As per service requirements (field job).

Skills Required

Good technical knowledge of AC systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair efficiently.

Basic communication skills.
