AC Technician

• Install, service, and maintain split ACs, ductable ACs, and HVAC systems at various coworking centers.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, ducts, and ensuring refrigerant levels are optimal.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.

• Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns to minimize disruption at coworking centers.

• Maintain proper documentation of service reports, parts replacements, and maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors and facility management teams for repairs, spare parts, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) work.

• Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards.

• Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and system upgrades when needed.
