Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance of AC units (Split, Cassette, VRF, Package units).

• Attend AC complaints in wards, ICU, OT, OPD, labs, pharmacy, and all hospital areas.

• Check temperature, airflow, and cooling performance and ensure proper functioning.

• Clean filters, coils, drain lines, and condenser units regularly.

• Assist in installation, shifting, and replacement of AC units.

• Report any faults, leaks, or unusual noise to the Facility/Engineering Supervisor.

• Maintain daily service logbook and update completed work.

• Ensure downtime is minimal to avoid discomfort for patients and staff.
