AC Technician

Position: AC Technician / Air Conditioning Service Professional

Location: On-site (Customer Home Service)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to provide installation, repair, and maintenance services for air conditioning systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential AC units, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient, and professional service during home visits.

Key Responsibilities

Perform air conditioning services, including but not limited to:

• Installation, uninstallation, and relocation of AC units (Split / Window)

• Routine servicing and preventive maintenance of AC systems

• Diagnosis and repair of cooling issues, noise problems, and electrical faults

• Gas charging, leakage detection, and vacuuming

• Electrical wiring checks related to AC units

• Replacement of faulty components (capacitors, motors, compressors, PCBs, etc.)

• Indoor and outdoor unit cleaning

• Ensure proper handling, usage, and maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness at the customer site after service completion.

• Clearly explain problems, repair work, and maintenance tips to customers.

• Complete service requests within the scheduled time.

• Follow company safety guidelines and service quality standards during home visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as an AC Technician.

• Strong knowledge of split and window AC systems.

• Understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and safety practices.

• Ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.

• ITI certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is preferred (not mandatory).
