Job Description:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC/AC systems, including split units, central AC units, ducting, and refrigeration systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and calibrating controls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, electrical faults, and mechanical failures.
Replace defective parts (motors, compressors, thermostats, fans, coils, etc.).
Ensure all work aligns with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct system performance tests to ensure efficient operation.
Provide customers with clear explanations of needed repairs, costs, and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations.
Respond to emergency service calls when required.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-organized.
