AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead HVAC crews, assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure proper distribution of work.

• Technical Expertise: Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial & industrial AC/refrigeration systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control faults.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, local codes, and company safety standards; conduct quality checks on team's work.

• Mentorship & Training: Train and guide junior technicians on best practices, new technologies, and skill development.

• Customer Relations: Handle complex or escalated customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, inventory, and create cost estimates.

• Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for AC/refrigeration equipment. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.

• Strong knowledge of various AC systems (split, ducted, ductless).

• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
