Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead HVAC crews, assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure proper distribution of work.
Technical Expertise: Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial & industrial AC/refrigeration systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control faults.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, local codes, and company safety standards; conduct quality checks on team's work.
Mentorship & Training: Train and guide junior technicians on best practices, new technologies, and skill development.
Customer Relations: Handle complex or escalated customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, inventory, and create cost estimates.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for AC/refrigeration equipment.
