Job Description

Job Title: VRF Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VRF Technician to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and be able to work independently at commercial project sites.

Responsibilities

Install and commission VRF/VRV systems.
Perform testing, vacuuming, pressure testing, and gas charging.
Diagnose and repair faults in indoor and outdoor units.
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
Read HVAC drawings and coordinate with project engineers.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and follow safety procedures.
Prepare daily work reports and update service records.
Coordinate with customers and site teams professionally.

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical.
3–8 years of experience in VRF/VRV installation and service.
Experience with brands such as Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, or Carrier is preferred.
Knowledge of copper piping, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning.
Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai and Kanchipuram.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience).
