AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled AC Technician on a 12-month contract to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The technician will ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems and provide timely service support across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

• Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical faults

• Check refrigerant levels and ensure proper system functioning

• Respond to breakdowns and emergency repair requests

• Maintain service records and report completed work

• Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards

• Provide basic guidance to customers on system usage and care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician

• Knowledge of split AC, window AC, and central cooling systems

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field

• High school certificate (minimum requirement)

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 Months

• Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day (may vary based on workload)

• Weekly Off: As per company policy

• Overtime: As applicable

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary (based on experience)
