Role & Responsibilities

Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting

Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting

Maintaining store hygiene

Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.

Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.

Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.

Handling Customer

Resolution of customer complaints

Adherence of centre SOP

Store Management
