Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze job requirements from US clients.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for submissions and interviews.

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of US recruitment experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and terms.

• Experience working with US job boards and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
