Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare, etc.) for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Validate licenses, certifications, and compliance documents

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Negotiate pay rates and ensure offer closures

• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS updates

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in US Healthcare Recruitment

• Strong understanding of US healthcare roles and compliance

• Experience working with job portals (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)

• Target-driven and team-oriented mindset
