Job Title: Hotel & Ticket Booking Executive (Admin Role)
Location: Ansari Road, Daryaganj – Delhi
Salary: ₹31,000 per month (Fixed)
Shift Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Travel: Mandatory if required
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner, open to handling both administrative and travel desk responsibilities. The role requires a good understanding of office systems, processes, and day-to-day operations. The candidate should be able to multitask and ensure timely completion of responsibilities across different verticals. The executive should be a team player, dynamic, and capable of handling a steep learning curve.
Travel Desk & Booking:
Handle domestic hotel bookings only through online portals, agents, and direct hotel coordination.
Manage domestic air, train, and bus ticket bookings.
Prepare travel itineraries and track booking confirmations.
Coordinate with hotels, travel agents, and vendors.
Resolve booking-related queries and issues.
Maintain booking records, invoices, and receipts.
Office Administration:
Day-to-day office management and coordination.
Monitor employee attendance using biometric systems, software, or manual records.
Ensure basic amenities for staff (seating, water, pantry, hygiene).
Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and facility checks.
Handle vendor coordination, purchase management, bill processing, and payments.
Negotiate best deals with vendors.
Maintain storage, files, publications, and common areas.
Maintain a cash register to track expenses.
Manage internal filing systems for bills, invoices, and vouchers.
Supervise office boy and ensure office cleanliness and order.
Ensure clean and hygienic workspaces, reception, conference rooms, pantry, and cafeteria.
Ensure all AMCs, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, repairs, maintenance, and office furnishings are in proper condition.
Order required office or travel-related items online and maintain records.
Prepare basic reports and provide updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate preferred (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 8+ years experience in travel desk / hotel booking / office administration / facility management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of domestic hotel & ticket booking portals.
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
Good understanding of travel desk, housekeeping, vendor management, general administration, and facility management.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English – verbal and written).
Dynamic, energetic, and multitasking ability.
