Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector 63, D247/1
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM) Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in US IT Recruitment
Work Model: Tier-1 Preferred Vendor (PV)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates for US-based requirements
✔ Work on direct client and Tier-1 vendor requirements
✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✔ Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups with candidates and clients
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
✔ Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of US IT Recruitment processes

Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong coordination and relationship management abilities
