🎯 Role: US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand job requirements shared by Account Managers.

• Create and post job descriptions as required.

• Source relevant candidates through:

  • Internal Database

  • Employee Referrals

  • Professional Networks

  • Dice

  • CareerBuilder

  • Monster

  • LinkedIn

  • Other relevant job portals

• Screen candidates and match their profiles with the required skills.

• Work on recruitment requirements for the US Staffing process.

• Handle contract-based requirements from preferred Tier-1 vendors.

• Take complete ownership of assigned recruitment deliveries.

• Maintain cordial and professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Work according to organizational expectations and recruitment targets.
