Job Title: IT Recruiter / Team Leader / Delivery Lead – Perm and C2H Hiring (Domestic Clients: Accenture, HCL, LTI, IBM etc.)
Location: Bhutani Cyber Park, Sector – 62, Noida
Experience: 1 Year to 7 years in IT Recruitment (C2H hiring and Permanent Hiring)
CTC: INR 20,000 PM to INR 50,000 PM (depending on experience and qualification) + Incentives
Lead time to join: Immediate to 10 Days.
Job Summary:
-We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who has worked with top-tier clients like Accenture, HCL, and other major IT firms, specifically handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) mandates. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients to fulfil IT staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding for C2H and DIRECT HIRE roles.
-Client Handling: Work closely with hiring managers from Accenture, HCL, and other clients to understand job requirements.
-Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to find the right IT talent.
-Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct technical screenings, validate experience, and shortlist candidates based on client expectations.
-Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
-Offer Negotiation & Closure: Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups for C2H hires.
-Database Management: Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
-Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all pre-joining formalities, background verification, and on-boarding processes are completed as per client policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
-Experience: Minimum 1 Year to 4 years of IT recruitment experience, -specifically handling C2H and Perm hiring for major clients.
-Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT technologies, C2H hiring models, and contract staffing.
-Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, indeed, and other job portals.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client and candidate interactions.
-Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Ability to negotiate compensation and contracts effectively.
-Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRM tools.
-Result-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet hiring deadlines.
