  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential technical candidates through online job portals, professional networks, and specialized platforms like LinkedIn and Stack Overflow.
  • Job Description Creation:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to write detailed, clear, and compelling job descriptions that accurately convey the required technical skills and technologies.
  • Screening & Assessment:
  • Conducting pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, experience, and overall fit for the role.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
  • Building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively engaging with passive candidates to fill current and future openings.
  • Market & Trend Awareness:
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and new products to effectively recruit for specialized roles.
  • Employer Branding:
