Position: Account Manager- IT Recruitment Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruitment Lead to manage and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT hiring, stakeholder management,
and implementing recruitment best practices to attract top technology talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute IT recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
Identify and source top technology talent through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team for optimal performance.
Work closely with HR and business leaders to improve recruitment processes.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (software developers, DevOps, cloud engineers, cybersecurity, etc.).
Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and analyze hiring metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring regulations.
Employer Branding & Market Trends:
Enhance employer branding through social media and networking platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in IT recruitment with proven leadership skills.
Technical Hiring Expertise: Familiarity with software development, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.
ATS & HR Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to engage candidates effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with technical leaders and HR teams.
Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced IT consulting or tech company.
Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.
Strong networking skills and connections in the IT industry.
