Technical Recruiter

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic positions, from job posting to offer negotiation.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
