Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and hiring mandates in detail.

• Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.

• Research and map talent across target companies and talent pools.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate lifecycle effectively.

• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand changing requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records.

• Achieve monthly recruitment and closure targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, emerging companies, and hiring patterns.

• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent sourcing.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand and analyze complex job requirements.

• Target-oriented approach with a focus on successful closures.

• Strong research and candidate mapping skills.
