Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team in Vijay Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals and will work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability

• Coordinate technical interviews and manage interview scheduling

• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly to ensure engagement

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role specifications

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies

• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for software development, testing, DevOps, or cloud roles

• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting

• Familiarity with startup/IT services hiring environments
