Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team fit.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other creative channels.

• Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of strong tech talent for future hiring needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
