Position: Field Recruiter (Team Lead)

Work Type: Field Work

Job Summary

Your main job is to find and hire Delivery Boys for our company. You will work on the ground (markets, petrol pumps, and hubs) to talk to people and help them join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Finding People: Go to busy areas to find people looking for delivery jobs.
Explaining the Job: Tell them about the salary, timing, and benefits of being a delivery boy.
Checking Documents: Collect their Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving License.
Joining Process: Help them download the app and complete their registration.
Meeting Targets: Hire a specific number of delivery boys every week.

Requirements:

Education: 10th or 12th pass.
Vehicle: You must have your own Bike and a valid Driving License.
Phone: You must have an Android smartphone.
Skills: You should be good at talking to people and convincing them.
Experience: Previous experience in field recruitment and operations is a plus.
