The incumbent will report to Associate Manager – Business Operations and must understand the business delivery, and metrics with multiple stakeholders; brief and deliver all in-house process delivery & requirements, apart from coordinating with onshore partners as and when required. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Team Lead Membership will be responsible for the following: Responsible for managing a team of 18 to 25 direct reports. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring goals and objectives are met, and provide constructive feedback. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly internal/external metrics (Utilization, Internal & External Accuracy, TAT, Productivity). Inventory management, assessing capacity shortages and requirements for overtime. Ensure SOPs and training materials are up to date. Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to improve performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recognition. Monitor team performance and take corrective action to achieve goals. Act as a liaison with internal and external business partners for process updates, additional scope, and training. Collaborate with other leaders for inter-team support. Forecasting and capacity planning. Manage new hire associates and plan their training and refresher training as needed. Excellent data management and presentation skills (MS Office – minimum). Willing to work in any shifts based on business requirements. Ensure 100% adherence to process specifications and compliance for self and team members. Manage employee retention and engagement (attrition within target range and ESAT scores). Contribute to recruitment through participation in screening and interviewing candidates. QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Non-BTech preferably EXPERIENCE 8+ years of overall experience including extra-ordinary internal personal skills, communication skills US Healthcare Excellent communication and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of US Health Care and Performance Metrics Flexible to work in any shifts/Work from the office SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong US Healthcare expertise People Management & Stakeholder Management Good vocal and written communication skills Good PowerPoint and presentation skills Excellent reporting and excel skills.
