Job Advert Talent Product Analyst The opportunity We're looking for a Talent Product Analyst to join our global Talent Solutions team at an exciting time of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on strategic Talent initiatives with global reach. You’ll play a key role in enhancing Talent processes across Attraction & Acquisition and Onboarding , supporting global priorities around recruitment transformation, automation and experience improvement. Your key responsibilities Document and improve Talent processes across the employee lifecycle Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter, more streamlined ways of working Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives Translate business requirements into clear, practical process solutions Collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes and priorities Support testing and implementation of process changes Monitor demand and help prioritise change requests effectively Skills and attributes for success Strong experience in Talent Attraction & Acquisition and/or Onboarding Ability to document processes clearly and translate requirements into solutions Passion for improving experience through technology and process Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment Ideally, you’ll also Have experience supporting process change or transformation initiatives Bring exposure to HR systems or technology-enabled solutions Be looking to move from a functional role into product or technology What we look for We’re looking for someone who combines strong functional knowledge with curiosity and a drive to improve how things work.
