Candidates with prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, or BFSI Sales are highly preferred.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecalling, Telesales, and BFSI sales positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure quality hiring.
