Job Description

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to coordinate with client recruiters, source candidates, and provide suitable profiles for open positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with recruiters/clients to understand job requirements

  • Source candidates via job portals, databases, social media & referrals

  • Screen profiles and shortlist relevant candidates

  • Call candidates, verify details & share profiles with recruiters

  • Schedule interviews & follow up with candidates

  • Maintain candidate data & hiring records in CRM/trackers

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in recruitment/staffing (agency experience preferred)

  • Good communication & coordination skills

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing & screening

  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email)

  • Target-oriented with ability to manage multiple requirements
