Executive - Talent Management Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Executive - Talent Management you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Lead - Talent Management. The purpose of your role is to primarily focus on enhancing core talent processes such as talent reviews, career rotations, manpower investment planning, performance management, organizational design, and building automated tools that leaders can use to more objectively evaluate scope, scale, and complexity of key leadership roles. A critical part of this role will involve partnering with other teams such as: Business HR teams, and business stakeholders around the world. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Implementing the innovative and high impact talent management framework and processes to improve the leadership successor pool - 25% 2. Manage Performance Management System across the organization from goal setting, mid year and annual appraisal - 35% 3. To implement the enterprise wide engagement survey to continuously improve the workplace initiatives and practices - 20% 4. Work to align L&D initiatives with the Talent Management strategy - 20% A Day in the life As the Executive - Talent Management your core role will be to enhance key talent processes. This involves managing talent reviews, career rotations, manpower planning, and performance management. You'll also be instrumental in designing organizational structures and building automated tools that help leaders objectively evaluate leadership roles. A critical part of this role is a global partnership where you will work closely with Business HR teams and stakeholders around the world to ensure successful implementation and alignment of these initiatives.
