Talent Acquisition Executive Function HUMAN RESOURCES Pay Band Junior Management Role As the TA Executive, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will report to the TA Lead. The purpose of your role will be to execute all talent acquisition activities considering quality, cost & timeliness to bring the best talent for respective functions. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Providing end-to-end recruitment support to defined business areas in accordance to manpower planning as per annual business plan 2. On-board most optimal talent considering quality, time and investment 3. Maintain real time recruitment metrics and MIS in structured defined format 4. Plan, communicate and execute the recruitment process and events as per standard protocol, accountable for recruitment operations, recruitment marketing and on-boarding as per targeted hiring mandate 5. Ensure excellent candidate experience & smooth on-boarding of new joiners 6. Collect regular market intelligence and competitor analysis towards hiring trends in respective area. A Day in the life As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will be involved in overseeing the various aspect of lateral hiring such as partnering with various stakeholders to fulfilling their recruitment needs , preparing TA dashboard on current status of positions , preparing reports and insights on current market trend , candidate management and vendor management. You would also work on strategizing and planning hiring process to achieve desired SLA , diversity representation etc. Other daily responsibilities include: conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and the best part.. Extending offers! Each day will be dynamic and varied focusing on innovative ideas, administrative tasks and also building a positive candidate and stakeholder experience for all. Being a recruiter instantly makes you adaptive because things are always changing. There is never a dull moment , because no two days are ever the same. Academic Qualification & Experience - Must be an MBA - HR - Experience of 2 - 6 years - Must have an experience in recruiting and overall talent acquisition process Technical Skills/Knowledge - Market Mapping - Sourcing - Screening - Conducting interviews - Strong verbal & written communication skills - MS Excel, Word, & PPT Behavioural Skills - Networking - Influencing & negotiations - Relationship building & stake holder Management - Negotiation skills - Stong interpersonal & Analytical skills What will it be like to work for Hero About Hero Experience Level Executive Level
